Hi, I’m John Shenton and I am the Senior Business Adviser at Profile-P, the profiling people.
With many years National and International management experience behind me, I have spent the last twenty-three years in my own business making full use of my management training and psychometric business profiling to help businesses improve their performance.
In a changing world, business owners, directors and managers need to adapt and make full use of the working strengths available to them.
Through Profile-P, I am looking to work with directors and managers who are experiencing, or wish for, change within their department or organisation and would like an external review of the opportunities available to them.
